Andrew M. Norris, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.O., Diplomat of The American Board or Ophthalmology, B.S., Microbiology, received his degree in Medicine and completed a one year internal medicine Residency Program at the State University of New York. He then trained at the prestigious University of Rochester for three years and was appointed Chief Resident in his final year of training. Dr. Norris is Board Certified in Ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Colorado and Larimer county medical Societies and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.). He has served in the past on the Board of Directors of the Fort Collins American Diabetes Association. He is a physician that is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care, and has completed thousands of hours of continuing medical education credits. Dr. Norris believes that “the best doctor-patient relations are based on mutual understandings”.
